This circuit is a heart pounding, fat-butning, muscle building, high energy circuit class! In one hour you will challenge your strength, cardio, balance and flexibility like never before! Exercises are done with body weight, stability balls, and medicine balls. (all exercises can be modified to accommodate ALL fitness levels). If you are frustrated with classes that fail to deliver, this is the class for you!

This class is an interval style workout. Discover a variety of cardiovascular drills for building high intesity power and strength training segments inter-mixed. If available a mixture of equipment can be used, such as weights, kettlebells or tubes. Reveiw bodyweight exercises and how they apply to this class format. Discuss curcuits and stationary circuit classes.
