Fit Beach organizers have negotiated the excellent deals for attendees stay with rates starting as low as $130 per night.  These rates are available only for the nights of 11/3-8/2008.  Your All-Inclusive Resort accommodations should be made directly with the Fit Bodies office.  After completing and sending your conference registration form call us at 859-341-0830 to make your room reservations.

Stay at the Grand Lido in Negril - Rooms are double occupancy.  If you are choosing not to bring a guest we can help you to find a fellow professional roommate.  Let us know when you call.

Stay at Hedonism II - Rooms are double occupancy, but you may secure an individual room for 150% of the per person rate.  If you chose not to bring a guest, let us know and we can try to find you a fellow fitness professional roommate.

Non Conference attending guests (ie spouse, child, or friend of participant) are allowed admittance only to the resort selected and paid for lodging.  Day passes for them to cross over to the other resort may be purchased and generally run $75 per day.  You may wish to consider purchasing a second conference registration.  This covers hotel day passes for the duration of the Fit Beach Conference.

Should you select to make lodging arrangements other than the Grand Lido or Hedonism or live locally you will also be required to purchase a day pass from Super Clubs.  Day passes are good for only the date of purchase and until the ending time of the last workshop of the day.  Conference organizers have negotiated a single day pass rate of $60.  Day passes may be purchased at the reservation counter at the Grand Lido or Hedonism II.

Air Fare can be made to the Montego Bay, JA airport by an agent of your choice.
