HOW TO REGISTER

Call for express registration using Visa or MasterCard. Please have your credit card ready. Once you have registered by phone, you have 5 business days to send in your registration form with your session selections, signature for the (a) credit card authorization and (b) waiver of liability. Make sure you check-off the box: "Check here if pre-registered by Phone" to avoid duplicate billing.

By fax (859) 341-2956: 24 hours a day fax registration form and session selections with credit card payment ONLY. Forms without payment will not be processed.

By Mail: Mail registration form with session selections and payment to: (Visa/MasterCard/Check/Money Order) no CODs.

ATTENDEE CLASSIFICATION
The Fit Beach Conference is being offered as a combined fitness convention for professionals and a wellness vacation for enthusiasts.  Workshops have been designed and detailed for each group individually.  There are also separate registration sheets to utilize depending upon which classification you may fall into.

Fitness Professionals and Wellness Week Guests may attend programs from the list of offerings designated for the other, but must be aware that Fitness Professional workshops are designed for professionals to receive continuing education and many may not be applicable to an enthusiast.  Likewise, programs offered for Guests will not qualify for continuing education credits to the professionals.

All Intensive Tracks are tested at completion.  Upon successful examination a certificate is awarded to successful participants.  An additional $30 will be charged for all on-site registrations for these tracks.  Participation in all track sessions is required to qualify for the intensive certificate.  MORE

CANCELLATION POLICY

All conference cancellations must be received in writing (fax/mail/email) to Fit Bodies, Inc. by 5:00pm EST on October 1, 2008. Your registration will be refunded less a $50 administration fee. After October 1st, 2008 you will receive a credit to a future Fit Bodies, Inc. event, less the $50 administration fee. NO REFUNDS will be given after October 15, 2008. NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for no-shows or partially used registrations.

Groups of four or more are eligible for a group discount of $25 per registration. Four or more complete registrations must be received at the same time with payment by fax or mail only. No phone calls please. If faxing, please include a cover sheet indicating the names of everyone in the group. If one member of the group is paying by check, then ALL registrations must be received by mail. DO NOT fax group registrations if someone is paying by check. Incomplete registrations will not be processed.

Registrations received three weeks in advance of the event will be confirmed by email or mail. You will be required to sign and pick-up your registration kit at our welcome desk upon arrival to attend sessions.

TRAVEL & LODGING
Fit Beach registration covers passage between resorts, continuing education credits, and admittance into selected workshop programs.  Travel expenses are separate from conference fees and should be arranged with your favorite agent or resources.    Resort/Hotel accommodations should be made directly through Fit Bodies, Inc.  Contact our offices to reserve your room.  Rates are with the expectation of double occupancy.  Contact us if you will not be with a second attendee or guest and would like to be matched with another attendee for the week.  You must submit your registration to the conference before you will be provided the discounted rates. 
Registered participants receive day pass privileges between the participating SuperClubs resorts during the daily hours of the conference only.

DAY PASS

Should you select to make lodging arrangements other than Hedonism II or the Grand Lido or live locally you will also be required to purchase a day pass from the SuperClubs resort.  Day passes are good for only the date of purchase and until the ending time of the last workshop on that same day.  Conference organizers have negotiated a single day pass rate of $85.  Day passes may be purchased at the reservation counter at the Grand Lido or Hedonism II.  If you plan to utilize this option you must also contact our office in advance so that we can make arrangements for the resorts to be expecting you.

YOUR RESORT GUEST
Guests of conference attendees are eligible for the same discount resort fee as conference attendees.  Guests will not be allowed into conference sessions unless registered for the event.  These individuals may still attend the enthusiasts fitness classes at the resort in which they reside only.  Your non Fit Beach registered guest will NOT be eligible to pass between resorts.

The SuperClubs Grand Lido as well as the SuperClubs Hedonism II are Super Inclusive (all-inclusive) resorts.  All amenities and activities allotted regular hotel guests are available to you and your guest as well.

IF YOUR EMPLOYER IS PAYING FOR YOUR REGISTRATION

Regardless of who is paying for your registration, payment MUST accompany your registration. Registration without payment will be not be processed. Sorry, no purchase orders and no invoicing. Payments must be received by the deadlines in order to quality for early-bird discounts. Receipts are issued in the name of the conference delegate; no exceptions.

PARTIAL REGISTRATIONS

Single session registrations are not available. It is not permissible to split a registration between two people. Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used registrations (i.e. left early on conference day). Delegates found violating this rule will be expelled from the conference without refund.

CHILDREN & BABIES

For the safety and consideration of all concerned, particularly your child, children and babies are not allowed into conference session at any time. This includes babies in strollers. This is also necessary to maintain the educational atmosphere of the conference sessions. Fit Beach resort location has a minimum age for guests of 16 years old or older.

Photography, video and audio taping are not permitted in ANY conference session. Delegates found violating this rule may be expelled from the conference without refund. Fit Bodies, inc. and their selected delegates may photo or record Fit Beach events for future promotion and advertisement.
